Complaints handling procedure (CHP)

If you have a complaint about a settlement,  working methods or lack of information on services we request you to inform us as soon as possible in writing (letter or mail) about the matter. All complaints will be handled by the management. If you would like more information about our internal CHP please send an email to info@doitrealestate.nl

If you are not satisfied with the internal CHP, you can file a complaint with the external Board of Arbitrage for Construction
